We don&#8217;t have enough water and the place where we get water is very far away. As a result, our cultivable land is no longer as fertile as it used to be, which has a negative impact on yields, and we are asking for assistance from all people of good will.  <\/p>\n<p>In our parents&#8217; time, it rained 7 months out of 12. The lowlands they cultivated were fertile and covered with trees that protected the waterways. Since these trees have disappeared, our rivers have dried up like in the savannahs. The rainy season has therefore become very short (3.5 or 4 months).
