This important 110-page manuscript is now <a href=\"https:\/\/brill.com\/view\/title\/14711\">published by Brill and available free of charge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The text, which is very composite, includes genealogies, foundation myths, the history of relations between the Camara, the Ciss\u00e9 and the B\u00e9r\u00e9t\u00e9s, the history of Samori Tour\u00e9 and finally a description of the arrival of the French in the region. This text constitutes a new source for research on African history.
