L\u2019appellation Mandou, signifie \u2018\u2019Terre de Mango\u00e9\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le fondateur Mango\u00e9 est le fils de <span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Feu Birimissa<\/strong><\/span> et le petit fils de <span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>feu Fankoroni<\/strong><\/span> venu du Mali en passant par Missadou (Beyla). Mandou constitue le chef lieu de la tribut Fankoroni (Mandou, Bouradou, Bossoko, T\u00e9nimbaro et Sondou).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parmi les esclaves captur\u00e9 par les colons, on peut citer feu Kourany Mamady CAMARA (a\u00efeul de Moussa CAMARA et de Aminata CAMARA) qui a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce beau village a connu trois fois la destruction par l\u2019empereur Samory&nbsp; TOURE pour des raisons de conqu\u00eate de pouvoir face aux guerriers qui y habitaient. En 1984 Mandou a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9 en District.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n\t\t<!--New Tabs-->\n\t\t<div class=\"newtabs clearfix horizontal \">\n\t\t\t<ul class=\"resp-tabs-list\">\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"resp-tabs-container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"single_tab_div\" rel-title=\"Situation g\u00e9ographique de Mandou\" rel-icon=\"\">[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le village Mandou est situ\u00e9 au Sud de Damaro (Chef lieu de la sous pr\u00e9fecture), il est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 15 Km de Damaro, sa population est de 625 habitants dont 319 femmes. La v\u00e9g\u00e9tation est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par la savane arbor\u00e9 avec une pluviom\u00e9trie tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Mandou est limit\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A l\u2019Est par le Village Farafina<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019Ouest par Missadou<\/li>\n<li>Au Nord par Kissidou(S\/P Linko)<\/li>\n<li>Au sud par Gbontodou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Le r\u00e9seau hydrographique est compos\u00e9 principalement par les rivi\u00e8res:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Barafindouko,<\/li>\n<li>Farako,<\/li>\n<li>Kign\u00e8ko,<\/li>\n<li>Koba,<\/li>\n<li>Farawagnan,<\/li>\n<li>Kogn\u00e8ni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><div class=\"single_tab_div\" rel-title=\"Situation Socio-\u00e9conomique\" rel-icon=\"\">[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les principales activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques de Mandou sont : l\u2019agriculture, maraichage, l\u2019\u00e9levage, l\u2019artisanat (forge et poterie), la chasse et la p\u00eache traditionnelle le long de quelques rivi\u00e8res &nbsp;comme (Barafindouko, Farako, Kign\u00e8ko, Koba&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\">Sur le plan \u00e9ducatif<\/span>,<\/strong> le village a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 l\u2019appui du PACV en une \u00e9cole primaire de trois classes depuis 2006,<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\">Sur le plan de Sant\u00e9<\/span>,<\/strong> l\u2019Association des Ressortissants et Amis de Mandou (AJRAM) a entam\u00e9 en Mars 2019 la construction d\u2019un poste de sant\u00e9 sur fond propre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En parall\u00e8le de l\u2019agriculture, dans le village Mandou, on&nbsp; trouve une grande concentration de bovins<b>. <\/b>95% de la population pratique l\u2019agropastorale, ce qui est assez homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les petits ruminants sont pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019ensemble du Village de fa\u00e7on traditionnelle, les types d\u2019\u00e9levage sont&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9levage des bovins,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">des caprins, des ovins, et un peut de la volaille. L\u2019\u00e9levage est une&nbsp; activit\u00e9 qui est pratiqu\u00e9e pendant toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Islam est l\u2019unique religion pratiqu\u00e9e par la population et le village est compos\u00e9 d\u2019une seule ethnie (Koniank\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><div class=\"single_tab_div\" rel-title=\"Organisation socio-culturelle\" rel-icon=\"\">[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis sa fondation, l\u2019organisation sociale de Mandou est traditionnellement organis\u00e9e suivant les instances de d\u00e9cision&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><b>LE DOYENNAT<\/b>&nbsp;(<u>KABLA&nbsp; KOUNTY<\/u><u><b>)<\/b><\/u> :<\/span> c\u2019est le plus haut niveau de prise de d\u00e9cision, les informations des r\u00e9unions de cette instance sont transmises \u00e0 travers le tambour. Les conseillers des Cinq grandes familles\/Kabilah (K\u00e8modou, B\u00e9r\u00e9madou, Moridou, Lossadou et Banadou) plus le chef du village&nbsp; sont les l\u00e9gislateurs et les d\u00e9cideurs \u00e0 Mandou. Les reunions du doyennat sont tenues chez le chef du village et les d\u00e9cisions&nbsp; prises sont rendues publiques sous l\u2019arbre \u00e0 palabres apr\u00e8s les pri\u00e8res de vendredi. Le \u2018b\u00e9l\u00e9na\u2019 (porte-parole) de ce bureau sert de pont de passage des informations des sages pour la communaut\u00e9 et le sens inverse. Pour contr\u00f4ler et faire appliquer les lois ou d\u00e9cisions prises, ils passent par les Tomboroma.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>le tomboroma<\/strong><\/span> qui signifie le gardien des lois : Est une s\u00e9lection d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019homme reconnue pour leur probit\u00e9 morale mais aussi par leur gabarie dans toutes les sensibilit\u00e9s sociales du village. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce groupe que les activit\u00e9s d\u2019ordre public sont confi\u00e9es (creuser les tombes, les travaux publics champ\u00eatres et sociaux). Ils sont aussi charg\u00e9s de r\u00e9clamer toutes les amendes. Les r\u00e9fracteurs sont publiquement sanctionn\u00e9s au vu et au su de toute la communaut\u00e9. Ces TOMBOROMA sont souvent aid\u00e9s dans la mise en \u0153uvre de leur t\u00e2che par la jeunesse.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Kamb\u00e9rinkounti : <\/strong><\/span>Les jeunes du village sont organis\u00e9s et reparti en deux groupes pour cr\u00e9er une stimulation dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s agricoles et sanitaires du village. Ces deux groupes des jeunes rendent compte \u00e0 Kamb\u00e9rinkouti (chef des jeunes) qui \u00e0 son tour rend compte au doyennat qui g\u00e8re les revenues agricoles des deux groupes pour des fins publiques.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Le S\u00e8r\u00e8<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span> qui signifient les m\u00eames g\u00e9n\u00e9rations : Est un groupement de personnes ayant \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s les m\u00eames \u00e2ges. Ils sont d\u2019une importance incommensurable dans la vie socio-\u00e9conomique de Damaro. Pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une action quel que soit son volume, il suffit de cr\u00e9er une \u00e9mulation entre ces diff\u00e9rents S\u00e8r\u00e8, ces actions se r\u00e9alisent aussit\u00f4t. Ils sont les premiers rem\u00e8des des r\u00e9calcitrants parmi eux. En cas de conflit entre un des leur et ses parents, c\u2019est tout le groupe qui r\u00e9pare cette faute en partant ensemble demander pardon au parent. Le village de Mandou en compte une quinzaine.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Mousso d\u00e8krou qui signifie le bureau des femmes : <\/strong><\/span>dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 traditionnelle de Mandou, les femmes n\u2019avaient pas de parole, surtout quand les hommes prennent des d\u00e9cisions. Qu\u2019elles soient consentantes ou pas, leur devoir \u00e9tait de les consommer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Petit \u00e0 petit, les femmes continuent \u00e0 sortir de l\u2019orni\u00e8re, leur avis commence \u00e0 \u00eatre demand\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En marge des d\u00e9cisions communes prises par le Doyennat, les femmes, sp\u00e9cifiquement prennent des d\u00e9cisions qui leurs sont propres et qui ne sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es et sanctionn\u00e9es que par elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Diamanati (Pr\u00e9sident de District) :<\/strong><\/span> Toutes les activit\u00e9s administrative de Mandou sont dirig\u00e9s par le Dimanati et son Douti (Chef Secteur) qui servent de repr\u00e9sentants du Sous Pr\u00e9fet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Le Mariage :<\/strong> <\/span>traditionnellement la femme \u00e9tait choisie pour se faire des alli\u00e9s. Dans n\u2019importe quels village, r\u00e9gion, ethnie, classe sociale, d\u00e8s qu\u2019on prend une des leur, cette contr\u00e9e devient automatiquement son alli\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Le Bapt\u00eame :<\/strong><\/span> Celui de qui on donne le nom de son enfant devient aussit\u00f4t un membre de la famille de son homonyme, si cette personne est au d\u00e9part exog\u00e8ne de la famille. contraintes environnementales de Mandou sont&nbsp;les pratiques agricoles inappropri\u00e9es, l\u2019exploitation abusive et anarchique des ressources foresti\u00e8res et fauniques, les feux de brousse, l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9,&nbsp; la mauvaise gestion des d\u00e9chets domestiques, la variabilit\u00e9 et les changements climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #00a0a5;\"><strong>Perturbations caus\u00e9es par la variabilit\u00e9 et les changements climatiques<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les principales perturbations climatiques r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es sont&nbsp;entre autre&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La baisse de la pluviom\u00e9trie,<\/li>\n<li>Les s\u00e9cheresses r\u00e9currentes,<\/li>\n<li>Les perturbations du r\u00e9gime pluviom\u00e9trique (5\/12 mois de pluie),<\/li>\n<li>Le tarissement de certains cours d\u2019eau,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ass\u00e8chement des sols,<\/li>\n<li>La destruction du couvert v\u00e9g\u00e9tal,<\/li>\n<li>La baisse de la production agricole,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019insuffisance des ressources pastorales,<\/li>\n<li>La variation de la temp\u00e9rature,<\/li>\n<li>La recrudescence
